At Raw Pilates, we want you to get the most out of your training, so that you achieve the results you desire
Whether you are experienced at Pilates, or a first timer, we have classes to suit all levels, ages and abilities, using both Pilates Reformers and Towers to help you build muscle, tone and improve flexibility and posture.
If you are new to Pilates, we would recommend that you take advantage of our “Induction Package” so that you can get the most out of your training by learning the basics, before starting in our scheduled Pilates classes.
Our group classes have an intimate feel, with a maximum of 7 people in a class, still enabling us to give you the personalised attention you need when working through the various Pilates exercises designed to stretch, tone and strengthen your body.
Classes can be booked individually, or in blocks of 5 and 10, as well as through monthly membership options.
Designed specifically to strengthen and stretch muscles, as well as building stability and improving technique and posture, this full body workout will challenge your core, by using spring resistance.
Ideal for those looking to build core strength and overall fitness, this challenging full-body workout, will put you through your paces, whilst improving your general fitness levels and wellbeing.
With no more than 4 participants in a Reformer class, you will receive the attention required for you to learn the correct techniques for your individual body, whilst you have fun experiencing a wide variety of exercises on this incredibly versatile piece of apparatus.
